Where our responsibility ends

Written plainly, so there are no surprises later.

  • We provide sourcing, supplier comparison, sample coordination, pre-shipment inspection, order follow-up and consolidation.
  • We do not issue or supply compliance certificates — for example CPC, ASTM F963, EN71, CE or EAC. Buyers decide what their destination market requires. On request, we ask the factory to provide the documents it is able to provide.
  • We do not take over your downstream sales, warranty or product-liability obligations.
  • Pallet and packing timber is heat-treated and marked to ISPM 15 where a market requires it. Tell us before shipment if you need this.

Material and finish description · dimensional and weight data · factory test reports where available · editable artwork and packing information · carton and pallet data.
