Five steps
| 1. Enquiry | item or photo, quantity, destination country. The first supplier comparison is free. |
| 2. Quotation | three to five factory options with photographs, FOB Ningbo, validity period and MOQ. |
| 3. Samples | collected, photographed and shipped at cost. |
| 4. Order and deposit | contract and deposit; production chased with photo updates. |
| 5. Inspection and shipment | pre-shipment report, packing list, export documents, handover to your forwarder. |
What we need from you
| For a quotation | the item, the quantity, the destination country, and whether certification is needed |
| For private label | artwork files, packaging specification, brand rules and barcode |
| Before shipping | consignee details, whether pallet treatment is required, and your inspection window |
Shipping notes worth knowing before you order
| To Russia | orders go by full container. Measured on our own catalogue, LCL freight equals roughly 140% of the goods value while FCL is around 10%, so a small sea shipment is not worth doing. |
| Samples and small quantities | sent by air or express, at cost. |
| Documents handed over | invoice, packing list, the bill of lading as issued by the carrier, and the inspection report. |
| Duties and DDP | we do not quote landed or DDP prices until destination duties and clearance are confirmed. |
Payment terms are agreed per order, typically 30% deposit with the balance against shipping documents.
