Do you issue certificates such as CPC, EN71, CE or EAC?
No, and we will never claim to. Certificates are issued by accredited bodies to the applicant. For EAC on toys the applicant must be a resident of the Customs Union, which means your importing company, not us. What we do is obtain from the factory the technical material an applicant needs: material and finish description, test reports where they exist, editable artwork and packing data.
Are you the seller or an agent?
It depends on which contract type you choose, and we do not mix the two inside one order. On a sourcing order the factory sells to you and we invoice a service fee of 3-8% of order value. On a direct supply order we are the seller on an FOB Ningbo contract.
What is the minimum order?
Stock items from five cartons. Mixed loads from three SKUs of two cartons each. Private label typically 500-1,000 pieces per item.
How do I get prices?
Send the item, the target quantity and the destination country through the enquiry form. The first comparison from three to five factories is free for qualified enquiries. We do not publish prices on this site because they move with the exchange rate, the specification and the season.
Can I get samples?
Yes. We collect, photograph and ship them at cost.
Do you inspect before shipment?
Yes, on site, with photographs, video and a written report. You may also appoint a third-party inspection company and we will arrange access.
How is payment handled?
Agreed per order, usually 30% deposit with the balance against shipping documents. Contracts are written in RMB. If the exchange rate moves by more than 2% between contract and payment, we agree the difference in writing before shipment.
Can you ship small quantities?
To Russia, not economically. Measured on our own product data, the median LCL freight cost equals roughly 140% of the goods value, while FCL is around 10%. So: full container for orders, air or express for samples. We will say so when a load is too small to be worth shipping.
Do you do private label and custom packaging?
Yes: printing, labelling, instruction sheets and carton marks. Expect added lead time on top of factory time.
What about pallets and wood treatment?
Pallet and packing timber is heat-treated and ISPM 15 marked where your market requires it. Tell us before shipment.
Will you send photos before shipping?
Yes, including carton marks and loading photos.
How fast do you reply?
Within one business day, Beijing time.
Anything that affects your order goes into the contract in writing.
