What we check, and what you get on paper
Our inspection is a sourcing tool, not a certificate. This page says exactly what we do and what we do not do.
Pre-shipment check
| Quantity and assortment | counted against your order and the packing list |
| Workmanship | edges, sanding, joints, moving parts, magnets and small fittings secured |
| Surface and finish | paint coverage, runs, smell and dryness |
| Small parts and cords | checked visually against the age the factory states |
| Labels and marking | barcode, warnings, batch code and age symbol |
| Packaging | carton strength and tape, inner protection, carton marks against your artwork |
| Loading | photographs of the cartons before the container is closed |
We check what can be seen and handled by hand. We do not test materials in a laboratory and we do not certify anything.
What the report contains
Date and factory, item codes, quantity checked, photographs of every check, the deviations found, and what was reworked or rejected. Your own inspector is welcome and we will arrange access.
When something is wrong
| Minor deviation | we record it and have the factory correct it before packing |
| Material deviation | you decide: accept with a price adjustment, rework, or drop that part of the order |
| Repeated or serious | we stop the shipment and tell you before anything leaves |
We do not test materials, we do not replace laboratory testing, and we do not issue certificates. Where a market requires certification, the applicant is you or your importer.
